Stingray Half Buried in Jaffa Sand

Golden midmorning light penetrates the clear tropical waters near Jaffa, Tel Aviv, illuminating a stingray partially submerged in the sandy seabed. The creature's smooth, gray skin blends with the grainy floor, while its eyes protrude slightly above the surface, scanning the water column. Delicate caustic patterns dance across the sand and the animal's back, shifting with the gentle movement of the water. A soft haze of plankton diffuses the background, showing depth and distance. The view from behind highlights the broad, flat shape of the ray as it rests quietly. Fine particles float in the water, catching the light in tiny, fleeting sparkles before settling back into the sand. at the edge is the sharp, dark outline of the ray's eye against the shimmering, sunlit water.
