Electric Ray on Silty Floor Beside Jamaican Volcano

Tropical bright light penetrates exceptionally clear water to illuminate a silty deep sea floor beside a steep volcanic drop-off in Jamaica. An electric ray rests camouflaged against the dark, fine sediment, its mottled skin blending seamlessly with the seabed. The water shimmers with slow-moving surface ripples visible as shifting patterns of light on the sand below. Layers of depth recede into the distance where the volcanic rock wall rises steeply, fading into a deep blue haze. Fine particles of silt hang suspended in the current, catching the sun's rays in fleeting glints. The ray's smooth, flat body creates a sharp contrast against the rough, textured edge of the volcanic rock, while a faint shadow stretches softly across the sandy bottom.
