Dusky blue light falls through clear water, illuminating a zebra shark resting on a bed of white sand beside a dark reef crevice. The shark's spotted skin displays distinct dark bars against a pale tan background, blending subtly with the scattered coral rubble nearby. Fine suspended particles drift in the current, catching the fading evening glow that permeates the rain season atmosphere. Surface ripples create slow, rhythmic distortions across the upper water column, casting shifting patterns of light onto the sandy floor. The creature remains motionless, its smooth body curving gently over the granular seabed. A faint shadow stretches along the rock face behind the shark, anchoring the figure in the submerged stillness.
