Blacktip Reef Shark Drifting Beneath Coral Flats

Misty dawn light falls through the water column, illuminating a blacktip reef shark gliding over pale sandy flats near Denpasar. The shark's dark grey dorsal fin cuts through the exceptionally clear water, its movement slow and deliberate against the backdrop of scattered coral heads. Rainy season ripples distort the surface light above, casting shifting patterns of silver and soft blue across the sandy bottom. Small schools of translucent fish dart near the reef ledge, their scales catching the diffused glow.
