Snorkeler Over Stingray in Oregon Twilight

Indigo twilight washes the surface of Oregon coastal waters, where a snorkeler drifts face down above a flat stingray resting on white sand. The water remains exceptionally clear, revealing the smooth, dark skin of the ray and the fine grains of the seabed. A sharp rim of fading light outlines the swimmer's back and the curve of their mask against the deepening blue. Surface ripples move slowly overhead, distorting the light into soft, shifting patterns that dance across the sand. The scene holds a quiet, submerged mystery, with the swimmer and ray suspended in the cool, shadowed depths just after sunset. The edge of the swimmer's fin cuts a clean line through the water column.
