Chambered Nautilus in Indigo Twilight Queensland

Steel-blue ambient light washes the deep water, turning the ocean surface into a sheet of dark indigo. A chambered nautilus floats centrally, its spiral shell displaying creamy white ridges against the cool background. Fine suspended particles glitter throughout the water column, catching the faint light like scattered dust motes. The creature drifts with weightless quiet, its tentacles barely visible in the soft focus. Shallow depth of field blurs the distant current, leaving the shell in sharp relief. Tiny bubbles rest on the shell's edge, while the surrounding water shifts from deep navy to lighter blue near the surface.
