Fusilier School Silhouetted Against Reef Drop-Off Light

Tropical afternoon light falls through clear turquoise water, illuminating a dense school of fusiliers streaming horizontally along a dark reef crevice. The fish appear as sharp, dark silhouettes against the bright surface glow, their silver sides catching faint glints as they move in unison. Above, slow-moving surface ripples distort the sunlight into shifting patterns of gold and white across the upper water column. The reef wall drops away into deep shadow on the right, against the sunlit water on the left. Tiny bubbles rest on the rocky texture of the crevice opening. One fusilier turns at the rear of the group, its tail fin slicing through the clear water.
