Reef Shark Above Sea Fan Wall at Twilight

Deep cobalt water fills the frame as a reef shark glides horizontally above a towering wall of sea fans. Fine sand particles suspended in the current catch the fading light, creating a field of glittering specks that drift past the shark's mottled grey skin. The sea fans display vertical ridges in muted oranges and browns, against the surrounding cool blue. Along the horizon, a faint, warm glow from a distant town casts a soft, diffuse illumination against the water's surface. The shark's pectoral fins remain rigid as it maintains a steady path near the reef crevice. One beam of reflected town light stretches across the shark's dorsal ridge, ending in a sharp highlight on its tail fin.
