White Water Rushing Through UAE Storm Drain

Churning white water erupts from a concrete storm drain culvert, forcing its way beneath a massive viaduct structure. The clear engineering daylight of late morning illuminates the rough texture of the concrete pier and the turbulent surface of the discharge. Converging lines of the bridge supports draw toward a distant vanishing point where the water meets the river below. The sky above is bright and clear, signaling the end of a storm, while the water retains a frothy, energetic quality. Smooth stone surfaces contrast with the chaotic motion of the flow, highlighting the raw force of the engineered channel against the natural riverbed.
