Soft twilight washes the coral-stone porch in cool blue hues, reflecting the water beyond. A musician holds a three-stringed sanshin, fingers positioned on the fretboard, while their mouth opens mid-song. The stone surface shows rough, porous texture under the dimming light. Behind the performer, the ocean stretches into darkness, filled with suspended particles that glitter like scattered diamonds in the water column. Layers of depth recede from the foreground stones to the distant horizon. The musician wears a dark, lightweight garment suitable for the cool season. One beam of reflected light catches the edge of the instrument's skin head, glowing against the deepening blue of the sea.
