Deep azure water fills the frame beneath a rocky ledge in the tropical shallows near Cebu. Cool blue hour light falls through the surface, where distant city glow begins to shimmer above. Branching corals in orange and purple rest against the dark rock face, their rough textures sharp in the foreground. Suspended particles glitter throughout the water column, catching the fading ambient light. Tiny specks drift along the current, scattered in the stillness. A faint reflection of a coral tip falls across the smooth stone below.
