Soft, diffused light from an overcast monsoon sky falls through the water, creating a pale blue wash along the coral wall. A cuttlefish drifts beneath a dark volcanic arch, its skin shimmering with silver reflections that mimic the broken ripples on the surface above. Fine plankton haze softens the background, blurring the distance into a gradient of deep azure. The low angle emphasizes the creature's position against the rugged stone, highlighting the texture of the coral and the smooth, undulating movement of its body. The water remains still, holding the silver highlights steady as they dance across the animal's flank. A thin line of white foam marks the edge where the arch meets the water.
