Manatees Nuzzle in Goan Spring Channel

Sunlight falls through the canopy above, painting shifting patches of gold and shadow across the water's surface. Two manatees glide side by side over a dense meadow of seagrass, their gray, wrinkled skin marked by scars and barnacles.
