Twilight Artificial Reef Beside Volcanic Overhang

Distant town lights glow softly along the horizon, casting a faint orange wash against the deepening blue of the twilight water. An artificial reef structure rises from the sandy floor, its geometric surfaces heavily colonized by vibrant sponges and branching sea fans. The rainy season air creates a thick plankton haze that blurs the edges of the volcanic reef overhang in the background. Low-angle perspective emphasizes the height of the coral formations against the darkening water column. Fine sediment particles float in the stillness, catching the residual light. The texture of the sea fans contrasts with the smooth, man-made grid of the reef base. One cluster of orange sponge rests on the lower edge of a metal beam.
