Steel-blue twilight washes over a solitary geology field station perched on a jagged glacier moraine in remote Norway. The building stands in perfect symmetry, its angular white walls contrasting against the heavy, low-hanging overcast sky. Behind the structure, the moraine stretches into a gray expanse of loose rock and ice debris, devoid of snow due to the endless summer light. Flat, diffuse illumination removes harsh shadows, leaving surfaces smooth and cool. A small ventilation unit sits centered on the roof, and a single metal ladder rests against the side wall. The horizon line cuts precisely through the middle of the frame, dividing the dark rocky ground from the pale, cloud-filled sky.
