Blue Dragon Sea Slug Floating on Ocean Surface

Tropical bright light floods the late morning ocean surface in California, illuminating a blue dragon sea slug drifting atop slow-moving ripples. The creature displays translucent cerulean appendages tipped with white, contrasting against the deep azure water below. Late autumn clarity makes the water exceptionally transparent, revealing the slug's delicate, feather-like gills extending from its back. Sunlight fractures across the gentle waves, casting shimmering highlights that dance over the slug's glossy skin. The water remains still around the small organism, creating a pocket of calm in the broader sea. One white ripple edge breaks the surface tension just behind the slug's trailing appendage.
