Anglerfish Lurking in Deep Sea Mist

Misty diffused dawn light falls through exceptionally clear water, illuminating a black anglerfish hovering in the deep sea. The creature's bioluminescent lure glows with a soft, eerie blue pulse against its dark, scaled skin. Surrounding the fish, slow-moving surface ripples create faint, wavy distortions on the water above. Layers of depth recede into the distance, where the blue hue deepens into shadow. The anglerfish's large, toothy mouth remains slightly open, and its long dorsal spine arches forward. Tiny suspended particles float in the stillness, catching the faint glow. One beam of pale light strikes the lure, highlighting the translucent membrane of its fin.
