Sunlight penetrates the clear tropical water of Cebu, casting a network of shimmering caustics across a vibrant orange sea fan. The coral structure fans out from a dark reef crevice, its delicate branches catching the gentle current that flows through the scene. Tiny suspended particles glitter in the water column, illuminated by the late morning light. The background fades into a soft blue haze, revealing layers of depth as the reef recedes. The fan tilts slightly, its texture appearing soft yet rigid against the flowing water. One bright highlight reflects off the tip of the nearest branch, anchoring the image in the present moment.
