Massachusetts Storm Surge Breaking Over Seawall

Hard coastal glare illuminates a violent collision where a churning gray-green storm surge crashes against a concrete seawall. White foam erupts in chaotic plumes, spraying fine mist that catches the late morning light. The ocean surface roils with dark, heavy swells that dominate the lower frame, while a thin veil of light drizzle blurs the horizon line. Weathered stone blocks form the barrier, their rough texture against the smooth, rushing water. The wide panoramic view shows the sheer scale of the wave as it towers over the defensive structure. One droplet of seawater rests on the edge of a cracked concrete block in the immediate foreground.
