Giant Clam Mantle Blue Hour Reef Silhouette

Iridescent blue and green hues glow from the exposed mantle of a giant clam resting against a dark volcanic reef overhang. The soft twilight light from the wet season sky creates a deep silhouette of the rock formation while illuminating suspended particles in the water column. These glittering specks drift weightlessly around the organism, catching the fading ambient light. Layers of depth recede from the sharp texture of the clam's edge into the murky distance of the Stone Town waters. The scene remains still, with no movement other than the slow suspension of silt. A fine line of light traces the curved rim of the shell against the dark stone.
