Vibrant orange stripes of a clownfish stand out against the deep indigo water of a kelp forest beside a volcanic reef overhang. The fish hovers in tight focus, its scales catching the faint ambient light of the blue hour. Above, the water surface breaks into soft ripples that distort the distant glow of Stone Town on the horizon. A thick haze of plankton fills the background, softening the view of the kelp fronds that sway gently in the current. The volcanic rock creates a dark, textured frame on the left, at the base of the scene in its specific coastal location. The water clarity shifts from sharp detail on the fish to a hazy, dreamlike distance where the town lights blur into the ocean.
