Dugong Silhouette Stirring Sand at Dawn

Deep shadow dominates the underwater view near a rocky Salvador shelf, where a dugong moves through a plankton haze that softens the distance. Kelp fronds frame the left side, their translucent green edges catching the faint nautical dawn light. The large marine mammal appears as a dark silhouette, its body angled slightly downward as it pushes through the seagrass bed. A trail of stirred sand rises behind its tail, creating a cloudy wake that contrasts with the clear water nearby. Rim light outlines the animal's smooth skin and the undulating kelp, separating the dark foreground from the brighter water beyond. Fine sediment particles float in the stillness, suspended in the dim blue-green space.
