Clownfish in Dawn Shadow Beneath Reef Ledge

Pale orange scales of a clownfish glow against the dark underside of a jagged reef ledge. The water holds a soft haze of plankton, scattering the first light of dawn into a milky teal suspension. Deep shadows pool beneath the rock overhang, while a sharp rim of light traces the fish's curved back and the trailing edge of its fins. Layers of depth stretch outward, where the water clarity reveals distant coral formations fading into the gloom. Slow surface ripples distort the light above, casting shifting patterns across the submerged stone. One speck of sediment drifts past the fish's open mouth.
