Beluga Whale in Tanzanian Kelp Forest

Turquoise shallows frame a beluga whale swimming just beneath the surface, viewed from behind as it moves through a dense forest of kelp fronds. Soft overcast light falls through the water, illuminating the whale's pale skin and the swaying green stalks of the kelp. The water remains exceptionally clear, revealing the sandy bottom and the slow, rhythmic movement of surface ripples. Dry season conditions keep the foliage vibrant and the light even, casting no harsh shadows. The kelp blades drift gently around the whale's flanks, creating a layered depth where the pale creature contrasts against the deep greens and blues of the marine environment. One kelp tip bends slightly under the pressure of the water's gentle flow.
