Bryde's Whale Lunge Through Kelp Forest Underwater

Soft, diffused light falls through the early afternoon surface, illuminating a Bryde's whale in mid-lunge from a rear perspective. The massive gray form dominates the frame, its skin smooth and wet, reflecting the exceptionally clear water. Surrounding the predator, a dense forest of tall kelp fronds sways gently, their dark green blades creating vertical lines that guide the eye. A tight sphere of silver sardines scatters around the whale's open mouth, their scales flashing briefly before dispersing. The water remains still, with only slow-moving ripples visible near the top. Tiny bubbles rest on the whale's skin, rising slowly toward the surface. The scene is defined by the contrast between the dark kelp and the bright, shimmering fish.
