Vampire Squid Spread Arms in Mombasa Green Light

Green underwater light falls through the water column, fractured by gentle ripples from the surface above. A vampire squid floats centrally, its webbed arms fully extended like a dark umbrella against the clarity. The creature's skin appears matte and deep charcoal, absorbing the ambient green glow while its eyes reflect a faint, cool blue. Fine particles drift slowly in the suspended water, caught in the shafts of light. The low angle looks up toward the shimmering surface, where the water transitions from deep teal to a lighter, rippled turquoise. A delicate web strand stretches between two fingers, ending in a sharp, translucent tip that catches the light.
