Rich amber light from the setting sun falls through the water, illuminating a mantis shrimp perched on a textured coral ledge. The creature displays vivid neon stripes of electric blue and lime green against the warm glow. Behind it, the coral wall rises vertically, covered in rough, encrusted surfaces that catch the fading light. The water beyond shifts from deep teal to a soft, hazy blue, thick with suspended plankton that diffuse the background. Layers of depth recede as the visibility softens into the distance, showing drifting quiet. The shrimp's claws rest firmly on the rough surface, its colors glowing intensely against the honeyed amber tones of the rainy season evening.
