The creature's raptorial appendages blur with motion against the sharp edges of the reef crevice. Plankton haze softens the background layers, creating a recession into distance while maintaining the vivid blues of the monsoon season. Textures of the rocky burrow rim contrast with the smooth, shifting water column. Sunlight fractures through the surface, casting angular highlights on the shrimp's armored carapace. at the edge rests on a single grain of sand suspended in the current near the creature's tail.
