Cuttlefish Color Shift Beneath Reef Ledge at Sunrise

Sunlight pierces the turquoise water in angled beams, illuminating a cuttlefish hovering beneath a rocky ledge. The creature's skin ripples with shifting patterns of ochre, white, and deep violet as it mimics the sandy bottom. Tiny plankton particles float in the hazy water, softening the background where the reef wall fades into blue. The rock overhead casts a cool shadow, against the warm golden light hitting the fish's mantle. Fine sand grains settle on the floor below, disturbed slightly by the cuttlefish's subtle fin movements. The water surface above glimmers with the first rays of the morning sun, creating a dappled effect on the submerged stone.
