Moray Eel Through Sunken Ship Porthole

Green underwater light falls through the circular opening of a rusted ship porthole, illuminating a moray eel resting within the shadowed interior. The metal rim of the porthole shows patches of orange corrosion against the deep teal water. Sunlight breaks through the surface above, creating shifting patterns of brightness that dance across the eel's mottled scales. Plankton haze softens the background, blurring the distant reef ledge and the sandy bottom of the tropical shallows near Denpasar. The low angle emphasizes the depth of the sunken structure. Fine sediment particles float in the current, caught in the beams of light that pierce the water. The eel's head emerges slightly, its eyes reflecting the fractured sunlight.
