Flooded Boiler Room Ruins in Kano Wet Season

Soft overcast light falls through the open shell of a ruined boiler room, casting the interior machinery into deep silhouette against the bright morning sky. Black water pools at the base, mirroring the fragmented faces of broken gauges that hang suspended above the surface. Peeling layers of faded warning paint curl from the rusted metal walls, revealing the decay beneath.
