Dust in Sanatorium Corridor Late Night

Soft tungsten light cuts through the gloom of a long, abandoned sanatorium corridor, illuminating swirling dust motes suspended in the air. Peeling paint flakes from the walls in layered textures of faded beige and white, revealing darker underlayers beneath. The floor stretches away into deep shadow, framed by generous negative space that emphasizes the emptiness. In the immediate foreground, a patch of moss glistens with heavy late summer dew, its green surface against the dry, dusty air inside the building. The light casts long, soft shadows that stretch across the worn floorboards, ending at the edge of a chipped paint chip resting on the ground.
