Bioluminescent Wave Rim Light on Winter Hefei Ridge

Electric blue sparks erupt along the crest of a breaking wave against the pitch black of the night. The water glows with a cool, neon intensity, tracing the foam that shatters into fine mist. Above the dark water, a sharp rim of pale light outlines the wave's curl, separating the ocean from the star-studded sky. The ridge in the foreground holds a dusting of white frost on dormant grasses, their brittle stalks standing still. The horizon line sits low, showing the vast, clear darkness overhead. Tiny droplets suspended in the air catch the faint glow, appearing as scattered diamonds. The water’s surface reflects the stars, creating a seamless transition between the sea and the deep indigo sky.
