Cool evening mist hangs heavy over the Callao coastline, obscuring the horizon while breaking waves churn with electric blue light. The scene is a backlit silhouette where the dark water rises against a faint twilight sky, revealing the glowing plankton as scattered sparks within the foam. Thick vapor softens the edges of the cresting surf, turning the churning surface into a field of suspended azure dust. The water reflects the dim celestial light above, creating a sharp contrast between the deep black shadows of the waves and the bright, living luminescence trapped in the breaking crests. A final ripple of glowing blue foam rests against the dark, wet rock at the water's edge.
