A dark expanse of water glows with a vibrant, electric blue hue where microscopic organisms react to movement. Cold moonlight spills over the surface, creating a stark contrast against the deep indigo of the night sky. Thin, white fog drifts low across the bay, softening the edges where the water meets the distant, flat shoreline. Silhouetted reeds and grasses stand rigid along the bank, their black forms cutting sharply through the luminous glow. The light appears to pulse faintly near the foreground, suggesting a recent disturbance in the water. One ripple spreads outward, carrying the blue light into the shadowed reeds at the water's edge.
