Pale bands of foaming surf fold over a submerged reef structure, captured from a direct overhead perspective. Shafts of late-afternoon sunlight pierce the crystal-clear turquoise water, illuminating the churning white foam against the darker, textured reef below. The water remains exceptionally transparent, revealing the intricate crevices of the coral formation beneath the surface. Slow-moving ripples distort the light slightly, creating a shifting pattern of brightness across the scene. The monsoon season brings a depth to the blue hues, while the sunlight creates distinct vertical columns of illumination that highlight the texture of the breaking wave.
