Honey-colored light pours through tall stained glass windows, illuminating dust motes that drift across the dark stone floor of an abandoned chapel. A mature tree erupts from a jagged hole in the masonry, its trunk rising vertically to split the nave's shadow. Condensation beads along the inner surface of the nearby glass panes, blurring the vibrant sunset hues outside. The tree stands as a stark black silhouette against the glowing backdrop, its branches reaching toward the high, vaulted ceiling. Water stains mark the lower walls where rain has seeped through the roof. The rough bark texture contrasts with the smooth, wet stone surrounding the roots.
