Sunlight falls through the misty water column, illuminating suspended particles that glitter like scattered dust against a deep blue backdrop. A seal glides through a circular opening formed by broken surface ripples, its dark, wet fur against the pale, diffused dawn light. Below, strands of green seagrass sway gently in the shallow channel near the Goa coast. The water's surface distorts the view above, creating a fractured mirror effect that frames the animal in a natural blue aperture. Fine bubbles rest on the seal's whiskers as it moves forward, while the background dissolves into soft, out-of-focus shades of teal and grey. One beam of light cuts through the ripples, highlighting the texture of the seal's nose against the murky depth.
