Frogfish Anchored by Chain in Sunlit Water

Sunlight penetrates the clear tropical water, fracturing into shifting patterns of gold and white that dance across a weathered iron anchor chain. A mottled frogfish rests motionless beside the rusted links, its skin texture mimicking the rough metal and surrounding coral wall. Tiny suspended particles glitter like scattered diamonds in the water column, catching the flat glare of the noon sun. The blue expanse stretches deep behind the subject, fading from turquoise to navy. Dust motes float in the current, suspended in the luminous haze. at the edge shows a single grain of sand caught in the rust crevice of the anchor link.
