Sea Anemone and Shrimp on Norwegian Ridge

Soft overcast light washes a rugged, wind-scoured ridge in Norway where a vibrant sea anemone anchors itself to dark, wet rock. Delicate tentacles fan outward in shades of violet and pale green, cradling a translucent shrimp that remains motionless within the protective cluster. The arctic summer sun hangs high under a perfectly clear sky, casting no harsh shadows, only a gentle, even illumination across the textured stone. Sparse, low-lying vegetation dots the gray surface, hinting at the brief season. The shrimp's segmented body contrasts with the anemone's soft, pulsing form, while the vast, empty horizon stretches behind them, showing the isolation of this coastal outcrop. A thin line of white foam marks the edge of the rock where the tide has recently receded.
