Their sleek black and white bodies contrast sharply against the deep, suspended particles glittering in the water column. The ocean floor drops away abruptly into shadow, marking the edge of the coastal shelf. Light reflects off the water above, creating a shimmering, otherworldly blue stillness that wraps around the animals.
