District Heating Pipe Support Disappearing in Fog

Blue twilight washes the wet concrete of a dam spillway near Porto Montenegro, turning the surface into a dark, reflective sheet. A massive industrial pipe support rises from the ground, its steel structure painted a dull gray that absorbs the fading light. Thick spray and mist hang low above the concrete, swirling around the base of the support until the structure seems to vanish into the white haze. Utility lights cast a faint, cool glow on the damp surfaces, highlighting the rough texture of the stone and the smooth curves of the metal. The support stands tall and rigid against the soft, drifting fog, creating a stark contrast between the heavy infrastructure and the ephemeral atmosphere. The edge of the spillway curves away into the distance, marked by the faint reflection of the lights on the wet ground.
