Coral Dip Tray Underwater Silhouette Belize

Bright midmorning light falls through exceptionally clear water near Belize City, creating a soft, diffused glow that silhouettes a coral dip tray floating beside a reef crevice. The tray holds laminated cards, clumps of fur, acrylic pieces, metal fittings, and bedding fiber, all suspended in the water column. Slow-moving surface ripples distort the light above, casting shifting patterns of brightness and shadow across the submerged objects. The scene remains weightless and quiet, with no currents disturbing the arrangement. Tiny air bubbles rest on the metal fittings, while the laminated cards float flat against the acrylic. A thin layer of sediment settles on the bottom of the tray, marking the boundary between the suspended items and the sandy crevice floor.
