Waterspout Rising Over Stacked Thunderheads

Tropical bright light illuminates a narrow waterspout extending from a dark shelf of storm clouds down to the churning sea surface. The sky features a heavy stack of thunderheads layered horizontally across the horizon, their undersides deep gray against the white foam of the rain. Fine mist hangs in the air, creating a soft veil of drizzle that blurs the water's texture. The ocean below reflects the pale sky, while the funnel remains a distinct, vertical column of white spray. A small patch of blue sky breaks through the cloud mass above the storm, highlighting the contrast between the violent weather and the calm sea horizon. at the edge is the sharp edge where the rain meets the water, creating a frothy white ring around the spout's base.
