Solar Panels Silhouette Against Copper Sunset

Dark photovoltaic rows stretch beneath massive steel transmission towers in The Hague, their surfaces turned into glossy black silhouettes by the fading light. Heavy gray clouds dominate the late autumn sky, yet narrow bands allow a copper sunset to bleed through, casting a warm orange glow that reflects off the tilted panels. Bare, damp ground scattered with fallen brown leaves lies beside the array. Converging lines of the infrastructure lead toward a distant vanishing point, showing the civic-scale austerity of the site. A sharp edge of one panel catches a thin sliver of reflected light, defining its rigid geometry against the soft, overcast sky.
