Solar Array Silhouettes Over Shenzhen Interchange
Deep indigo twilight fills the sky above a sprawling network of solar panels stretching across scrubland beneath a complex highway interchange. The photovoltaic modules form dark, geometric shapes against the fading blue light, their rigid rows following the gentle slope of the terrain. A soft haze from humid air blurs distant gantry lights and steel girders of the overpass. Wet surfaces on scrub grass reflect the dim ambient glow, while massive concrete pillars of the interchange rise from the earth. The low angle frames the base of the panels against the heavy, post-rain stillness of the city edge, with a final beam of reflected light tracing the edge of a wet leaf.
