Sawtooth Skylights Silhouetted Against Golden Hour Sky

Burning orange and violet clouds fill the sky behind a massive turbine hall roof in Siguiri. Dozens of sawtooth skylights stand as stark black silhouettes against the fading light. The angular metal frames create sharp geometric lines that stretch across the frame, guiding toward the horizon. Cool season air lends crisp definition to the cloud edges and high contrast between the dark steel and the bright sky. Dust and grit hang in the air, catching the backlight to reveal the texture of weathered metal surfaces. The rhythmic repetition of trusses creates a visual rhythm that falls across the roofline. A faint reflection of the sunset glows on the flat glass pane of the nearest skylight.
