Silhouetted Sea Otter on Croatian Rock at Dawn

Cold moonlight washes the jagged limestone shelf in shades of slate and deep indigo. A sea otter sits upright, its dark fur merging with the predawn shadows, save for the lighter patches of mud clinging to its paws.
