Sea Otter Wrapped in Kelp Dalmatia Reef

Soft, diffused light falls through the water column where suspended particles glitter like scattered diamonds. A sea otter floats on its back, its dark fur against the pale, translucent kelp strands wrapped tightly around its torso. The animal rests just above the jagged edge of a cold-water reef, its whiskers twitching slightly. Behind the otter, layers of blue water recede into distance, revealing the textured rock face of the Dalmatian coast. The kelp fronds sway gently, their green and brown hues shifting with the current. Tiny bubbles rest on the otter's fur, catching the flat noon glare that has softened after the rain. at the edge shows a single kelp leaf curling against the otter's flank, its vein structure visible in the clear water.
