Rusted Flensing Platforms in Madagascar Court

Orange rust streaks the corrugated metal flensing platforms of an abandoned whaling station, their jagged edges catching the fading twilight. The structures sit within a weathered ceremonial court, where cracked stone tiles and overgrown grass mark the dry season. Distant town lights begin to glow on the horizon, washing the wet ground in soft amber. Humid air settles after rain, making the rusted surfaces glisten under the dimming sky. Leading lines formed by the decaying beams draw toward the glowing horizon. One puddle near the foreground reflects the orange glow of the distant streetlamps against the dark metal. The rusted beams rest on the cracked stone, contrasting industrial decay with the ancient court.
